About me:
About me:
Hi. I am a reflexologist and natural medicine professional from New Zealand - now located in Mexico, and I recently developed arthritis. I treat many ailments with natural remedies, and when I suddenlyacquired arthritis myself, I knew there had to be an organic cure somewhere - and there was. It is star anise.
Here is how it developed:
On the coldest night of the year, between Christmas and New Year, I awoke at 4am with a pain in the haunches, and sore kidneys. It was a chill, which developed into a kidney infection by the next day. I successfully treated it with reflexology and complete rest, but was left with a recurring pain in the haunches - a deep pain which reached deep into the pelvis. It was distressing and painful. but I wasn't actually arthritic. This went on for three months and occured whenever the pelvis got cold. I was working every day with my hands, and then one day, I was subjected to severe environmental pollution, and this was the trigger.
Causes of Arthritis: As arthritic causation may be complex, it is useful to invoke Aristotle's categories of causes to understand it better: Material cause, Formal cause, Effective cause, Final Cause.

In my case, the Material cause was the kidney infection. The Formal cause was my age and gender (Female 50-60), The Effective cause was working with the hands, and the Final cause environmental pollution.
If you think you may be pre arthritic, with intermittent joint or knee pain for instance, now is the time to take preventative measures, because the onset is very rapid, and once the arthritis takes over the system - even if caught early, it becomes a sleeping resident which may be reactivated by stress, microbial activity, kidney weakness, or other immune system pollutants . I eliminated mine, but I am still arthritic, in that I have to continue to eliminate it from time to time. I do so with anise, and I thank God it is readily available where I live.
How is the anise working?
Star anise contains shikimic acid, the same active ingredient used by the swine flu vaccine. This is an aromatic amino acid found in RNA and DNA, and used by the immune system to defend the body.

One day arthritis remedy ..
By the 7th day, both my hands were fast becoming paralysed, clenching into the classic arthritic horizontal paralysis, and vigorous massage every night was making less and less difference. I was fighting a losing battle . I had to find a cure. My work and life depended on it. And on the 11th day - I did. Thank God!
